1. Who we are
This website and the associated content-publishing tool are operated by Bella Jasmine, contact bellajasmime50@gmail.com ("we", "us"). By using this site or the tool you agree to these terms.
2. What the service does
The tool is a private dashboard used by its operator to publish their own video and image content to their own connected social media accounts, including TikTok. It does not publish on behalf of third parties, does not accept content uploads from visitors, and is not available for public sign-up.
3. Accounts and authorisation
Where the tool connects to a third-party platform, it does so using OAuth authorisation granted by the account holder. Authorisation can be revoked at any time from that platform's own settings, which immediately ends the tool's access.
4. Acceptable use
- Only content the operator owns or is licensed to publish is posted through the tool.
- Content published to any platform must comply with that platform's own community guidelines and terms.
- The tool must not be used to post unlawful content, impersonate others, or evade platform enforcement.
5. Adult content
Parts of the linked content are intended for adults aged 18 or over and are hosted on third-party platforms with their own age verification. You must be 18 or over to access them. Content published to TikTok, Instagram and other mainstream platforms complies with those platforms' guidelines.
6. Third-party platforms
Links from this site lead to third-party services including Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and Fanvue. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or handling of your data.
7. Intellectual property
All images, video and text on this site remain the property of Bella Jasmine. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use them commercially without written permission.
8. No warranty
The site and tool are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that publishing to any third-party platform will succeed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or the tool.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
